Pincher Cabin

Distinctive Features
This reclaimed homestead log cabin sits against the windswept mountains of southern Alberta. The central core of this cabin was rescued from the owner’s grandparents homestead. The cabin’s square logs were hand hewn 100 years ago and create a cozy great room and kitchen. Matching reclaimed timber trusses and posts were integrated into the design to create a classic mountain getaway.
  • Antique square hand hewn log cabin central core
  • Massive reclaimed timber trusses and porches
  • Screen porch with reclaimed wood and stone fireplace
  • Handicap accessible and ADA friendly layout
  • Reclaimed barnwood sliding barn doors
  • Vintage style sinks and appliances throughout
  • Large energy efficient windows to capture the view and keep out the elements
